BEREKET POWER PLANTS

• Located 5 km from the city of Denizli on the Berekez
Irrigation Canal, which is fed by Çürüksu, a tributary
of the Büyük Menderes River.

• The project comprises two power plants.

• Total capacity of the power plants: 3,15 MW.

• Annual average output: 16 million kWh.

• The plants became operational in 1997.
