Çankırı Thermal (Lignite) PP Project

• Located in the Orta District of Çankırı

• Lignite reserves held: 35 million tons

• Installed Capacity: 135 MW

• Expected annual average output: 900 million kWh

• Planned to become operational year-end 2012

Wind Power Projects

• 15 projects totalling 809 MW in various locations in southwestern Turkey with installed
capacities ranging from 36 MW to 120 MW.

• Of this total project capacity, 356 MW have either been approved to receive licenses or do
not face competing bids and represent approximately 1.12 million kWh of average annual
output. The remaining 453 MW are in varying stages of evaluation, representing
approximately 1.5 million kWh of average annual output.

• These projects are expected to become operational in 2012.
